PSALM Prayer/Meditations 52-56

Psalm 52-LORD, Your goodness toward me, to me endures continually…I would love You and what is good, speak forth Your righteousness, speak words that bring healing and hope…You are my strength,I will trust in the abundance of Your riches, strengthen myself in Your righteousness…I trust in Your mercy forever, I will praise You forever…I will be ever aware of Your presence in me, with me, and I will wait upon Your Name, for it is good.

Psalm 53-O, my God, thank You for looking down on me, for watching over me, for Your protection and provision,for Your grace. I would seek after You with ALL my heart, seek You first, be a doer, seeker of Your Word and what is good…Thank You for my salvation, for bringing me, adopting me, into Your forever family…I will rejoice and be glad in You.

PSALM 54-Hear and give ear to my prayer, O God, my Savior, my Redeemer, my Strength, my Protector, Defender, Provider, Deliverer, Father, Friend…Forever I will praise Your Name, O LORD, for it is good…Thank You for Your goodness to me.

Psalm 55-I know, LORD, that You give ear to and hear my voice, my prayer, and supplications and that You attend to me…so I will call upon You my God, my Savior…Evening and morning and at noon I will pray and cry aloud to You and know that You will/do hear and answer, and will/do give me a peace in my heart and mind that surpasses understanding. I will cast all my cares and burdens upon You, for I know You care for me, sustain me, uphold me with Your hand…I will trust You with ALL my heart.

Psalm 56-Be merciful to me, O LORD my God and Father, in You alone I place my trust and I will not fear, for Your perfect love casts out fear and You have not given me a spirit of fear but of power, love, and a sound mind, You give me strength, power, courage, victory…with You, through You, by You I am more than a conqueror…my thanks be to You for giving me the victory through my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.I render praise to You and Your Word for You have delivered my soul from death and given me the gift of eternal life…You havee kept my feet from falling, I would walk with You and in, by Your Light, Your Word…walk in the Light as You are in the light…Your Light in me, through me that other may see/receive You and that You would be glorified. Amen.

PSALM Prayer/Meditations 45-51

Psalm 45-Grace is poured upon Your lips, O LORD, You are glorious, majestic, full of Truth, humility, and righteousness. Your throne is established forever...I will worship You and make Your Name to be known and remembered.

Psalm 46-O LORD, my God, You are my refuge, strength, ever present Helper. I would be still and know You.

Psalm 47-O LORD Most High, You are awesome, the great King over all the earth, You reign over all the nations, You sit on Your holy throne and are greatly exalted...I will sing praises to You alone.

Psalm 48-Great are You, O LORD, Your right hand is full of righteousness...You are my God, the One and only True God forever and ever, You are my Guide both now and forever.

Psalm 49-LORD, I am listening, giving ear to You and Your Word…I would speak wise words out of the abundance of what You have placed in my heart, filling me and oveflowing through/out of me. Only You can redeem, ransom my soul and give me eternal life. The redemption of my soul was costly to/for You…I cannot thank You enough…You have redeemed my soul from the power of the grave by/through Your ressurection power and one day will receive me fully into Your presence for eternity. Hallelujah.

Psalm 50-The Mighty One, God The LORD, shine forth in me and through me. The world is Yours and all its fullness. I will call upon You in the day of trouble and You will deliver me and You shall be glorified. I would sing praise and glorify You…order my steps aright, O LORD, I pray, today, Amen.

Psalm 51-A prayer of repentance-Have mercy on me according to Your lovingkindness and the multitude of Your tender mercies…wash me, cleanse me, blot out my transgressions. You desire truth in the inward parts, and in the hidden part You will make me to know Your wisdom…”Oh how I desire to know and be filled with and abide in Your Truth and deep within me to know Your wisdom and walk in it.” Purge me, wash me, make me to hear joy and gladness. Created in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Let me live in the joy of Your salvation and uphold me by Your generous Spirit. Let me, give me opportunities to share with and teach others Your ways that they come to salvation. Open my lips and my mouth shall show forth Your praises and my tongue shall sing aloud of Your righteousness.

GOD'S LOVE

Perfect love...unconditional love...more than mere words love...demonstrated/proven love...sacrificial love...the most powerful form of love a person will/can ever experience...the love of God. Thank You for the Cross...Thank You for so loving me...Thank You for forgiveness of sin...Thank You for the gift of eternal life. Help me to love the way You love...help me to share the story of Your love...help me to be open to share the gift with those who have not yet received it.

GOODNESS OF GOD

The goodness of God leads to repentance…a lot of things happen to us that aren’t good but He uses difficult, trying, situations/circumstances to bring people to Himself, to get their attention…seek/search for Him with all your heart…let your heart become tender toward Him. The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD and He delights in his way, He takes pleasure in your stepping/walking in the right direction…He will lead and uphold you…steps, stops, stumbles…Jesus knows how I feel, cares, will give me what I need.

“THANK YOU for Your goodness, give me the good sense to follow. I want/desire to seek YOU with ALL my heart, to have a tender/sensitive heart towards YOU, to be a good man whose steps YOU order/guide, that YOU would delight in me, trusting YOU with ALL my heart in every situation/circumstances...that YOU are in control, at work, drawing me close, holding my hand, knowing The Way...I will yield, follow, let YOU lead, guide.THANK YOU for leading me in the paths/Your paths of righteousness that I would honor YOU, bring glory to YOUR Name. Status Week Twelve 2010

Precious Lord and Savior, THANK You for calling me into Your service, for giving me a purpose that is beyond this earth and allowing me to invest every area of my life into something that is eternal.

IMMEASURABLE ABUNDANCE

He came to bring us abundant life…blessings abounding, overflowing…abundant satisfaction, abundant joy…linger, be still/quiet in His presence and listen, ask Him to speak to your heart...wait on Him and He will lead and strengthen/empower you…abundant grace, sufficiency, infinite/immeasurable/inexhaustible…anything good God tells/asks you to do He will give you what you need. Today may we seek, know,share, live,experience all the immeasurable abundance He came to bring us.

PSALM Prayer/Meditations 10-16

Psalm 10-LORD, You Who are The King forever, You see, You observe trouble and grief, You hear the desire of the humble, You will prepare their heart…the helpless commits himself to You, You are the helper of the fatherless, yes, You hear and do justice to the fatherless and oppressed. LORD, open my ears to hear their cries, my eyes to see their need, my mouth/words/voice to speak to/for them, my heart, my hands, my life to reach out and be Your helper, servant, minister to/for them, I pray.

Psalm 11-LORD, in You alone I place my trust…I will trust You with ALL my heart. LORD, in Your holy temple and from Your heavenly throne I know that You see and watch over me. Open the eyes of my heart that I may behold Your countenance, that Your countenance would be reflected through me, shine in me and through me so that others would see You, know You, and that You would be glorified.

Psalm 12-LORD, Your Words are pure Words, like silver tried in the fire and purified seven times. You shall keep them, O LORD, You shall preserve them from this generation forever. I will trust You and Your Word with ALL my heart. I will be a doer of Your Word.

Psalm 13-O LORD my God and Father, hear and consider my prayers, for I place my wholehearted trust in You. Thank You for extending mercy and grace to me. My heat rejoices in Your salvation. I will sing praises to You for Your bountiful, immeasurable , blessings/provision both now and forever.

Psalm 14-LORD I know that You are looking on me, watching me…I would be ever aware/mindful of Your constant presence, peace, provision, protection. I would seek You and do good-be a doer of Your Word. You are my refuge, counselor, salvation, deliverer. Moment by moment I will rejoice and be glad in You.

Psalm 15-Father,I would be ever aware and thankful that my body is Your holy temple…You living and abiding in me and I in You and Your Word. I would walk uprightly, work/do righteousness, and hide/speak/live/meditate upon Your Word

Psalm 16-Preserve me, O God, for in You I put my trust."You are my Lord, My goodness is nothing apart from You." O Lord, You are the portion of my inheritance and my cup; You maintain me. In You I have an eternal, incorruptible inheritance. I thank You for the counsel You give to my heart. I will set You always before me. With You at my right hand I shall not be moved.So, my heart is glad and will rest in hope.You will show me the path of life; In Your presence I have fullness of joy; At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.

PSALM Prayer/Meditations 6-9

Psalm 6-O LORD, have mercy on me for I am weak. Hear my voice, my supplication, and receive my prayer.

Psalm 7-O LORD my God, in You I put my trust, my deliverer, defender, and salvation. I will praise You according to Your righteousness and sing praise to Your Name.

Psalm 8-O LORD, my Lord, how excellent is Your Name in all the earth.

Psalm 9-O LORD, I will praise You with my whole heart; I will tell of Your marvelous works. I will be glad and rejoice in You. I will sing praise to Your holy Name…the Name above all names. You are my refuge, my refuge in times of trouble, in You alone I place my trust…I will trust You and seek You with ALL my heart. I know and am thankful that You hear my cry, my call, my prayer. Thank You for being merciful to me.

PSALM Prayer/Meditations 1-5

Psalm 1-I will walk in Your counsel, stand in Your path, sit at Your right hand. O LORD, I will delight in Your Word and meditate on it day and night that I may be a doer of Your Word and bear everlasting fruit for Your glory.

Psalm 2-O LORD, I will serve You, I will rejoice in You, I will put my trust in You.

Psalm 3-LORD, You are my help, shield, glory, sustainer, salvation and the One Who lifts me up. Thank You for hearing and answering my prayers and for blessing my life.

Psalm 4-O LORD God of my righteousness, I know You hear me when I prayer and call out to You. Pour out Your mercy upon me. You have put gladness in my heart. I will trust You with all my heart. I will meditate within my heart on my bed and be still. I will both lie down in peace, and sleep; For You alone, O LORD, make me dwell in safety.

Psalm 5-O LORD, give ear to my words, heed to the voice of my cry, consider my meditation, for to You I will pray. My voice You shall hear in the morning; in the morning I will direct it to You and I will look up. I will come into Your presence and worship You. Lead me in Your righteousness; make Your way straight before my face. I will trust in You, I will be joyful and rejoice in You. Bless me LORD I pray and surround me with Your favor as a shield.

Status Week Eleven 2010

I THANK my God upon every remembrance of you.

I THANK my God through Jesus Christ for you all.

THANKS be to God Who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

THANKS be to God for His indescribable Gift.

Give THANKS to The LORD, for He is good, His love endures forever.

Father, I would love You, seek You, trust You with ALL my heart...I would walk in Your ways.

Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I will fear no evil for You are with me...comforting and strengthening me, pouring out Your grace.

NO WORRY

This morning I hear the birds singing outside and I am reminded of His provision for all creation..."His eye is on the sparrow and I know He watches me"..."Jesus is my portion, a constant Friend is He...", a Friend Who loves, provides, protects, cares for me at ALL times"...remember how valuable you are to God, remember the price He paid to bring you into His family, remember how He demonstrated His love for you..."Your heavenly Father knows you completely, He knows what you Need, He will take care of you...don't worry, trust Him completely, pray, cast All your cares upon Him for He cares for you. Don't worry about tomorrow, remember His faithfulness, He will graciously care for you moment by moment this day...His grace is sufficient...walk step by step this day, by faith. "Seek Him and His righteousness, seek Him with All your heart...He will take care of everything else". Matthew 6;25-34

NO FEAR HERE

God can sanctify our circumstances, pain, sufferings, failures, etc….He is there with you…in your weakness He is strong…”I will fear no evil for You are with me…You will comfort me”. There is no fear in love for perfect love casts out fear. God has not given us a spirit of fear but of power, love, and a sound mind. Whatever your circumstance His presence will/does make a difference…He will give you the comfort and grace you need here and now, moment by moment, and for eternity…and there will be no more sickness and no more pain for the former things have passed away…”For this corruptible will put on incorruption, and this mortal will put on immortality..Death will be swallowed up in victory…thanks be to God Who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ…therefore be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord…that work is eternal…do not grow weary in well doing…there is eternal reward. God will give you the strength and comfort you need and enable you encourage, be a help and comfort to others…comfort one another with the comfort with which He has comforted you. –Just a thought, a wonderful, glorious thought…for the believer death is an illusion, not a reality, we have abundant, eternal life, death is just a shadow we walk through and when we pass to the other side there will be no more shadows, The Light will be all around us, The Life will never end…There will be no more sun, moon, stars because The Lamb of God and The Father will be The Light in/of that city. Status Week Ten 2010

“Oh victory in Jesus, my Savior forever, He sought me and bought me with His redeeming blood, He loved me…and all my love is due Him, He plunged me to victory beneath the cleansing flood.” Thank You Jesus for so loving me...I want to love You more and share Your love.

Help me this day, O Lord, to be sensitive to any and all opportunities I have to meet, in the Name of Jesus, the needs of others, and to share Jesus through these opportunities. May my words this day encorage others.

Your love, O God, would spare no pain,To conquer death and win;You sent Your only Son to die,To rescue us from sin. Has heaven rejoiced over your rescue? If so, join the ranks of those who reach others with the rescuing grace of Jesus.

The wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Thank YOU JESUS for the gift...I will treasure it, live it, and share it.

Victory In Jesus

Paths of Righteousness

God’s way is a narrow way-will lead us in the way/paths of righteousness-in agreement with His Word, in sync with The Holy Spirit. Righteousness is doing what is right-doing the right thing under God, ask Him what is the right thing to do. God gives us His righteousness through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ…ask yourself “is what I’m doing right in God’s eyes?” What we do reflects on our God/Father, how people see Him, we bear His Name, how do people perceive God based on my lifestyle? Lifestyle, character, decisions all reflect on Him. “He leads us in the paths of righteousness for His Name’s sake”. Ask for, seek, yield to His leadership…walk by faith, fully trusting Him, and your life will glorify Him. People are watching us, e.g., home, work, etc…are they seeing Him in/through us, that we are His children? “Christ in us, the hope of glory…we were/are born again unto a living hope”…people are searching for real/true/lasting hope, we have it, let’s live it, let’s show it, that others may see it and receive it too. There’s a world in need all around us, in our everyday lives…”let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.” Today let’s seek first His righteousness…let’s be living testimonies, vessels, instruments in/through which His light, The True, Eternal Light shines. “Father, Abba, thank You for making us Your children, for adopting us into Your family, for loving us…thank You Jesus for giving us the right, privilege, to be children of God, and to have You as our Brother, may others see in/through us today the family resemblance, I pray.”

Attitude reflects on leadership...I want my attitude to reflect that I am under Your leadership, Father.

The Peace of God

I hear the words “When peace like a river attendeth my way” and remember where peace can be found. Paul says in Philippians 4 that it can be found as our heart-prayers are voiced to God (v.6). By trustful praying, we unburden our hearts, divest our anxieties, and release the grip on our grief. And we can gain “the peace of God” (v.7)—an inexplicable, divine calmness of spirit. This peace supersedes our ability to understand our circumstances (v.7), and it is a guard on our heart, through Jesus, that protects us enough to allow us to whisper, even in the pain, “It is well with my soul.”-Borrowed from the pages of "Our Daily Bread" 3/06/10

4 Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!
5 Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand.
6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Philippians 4;4-7

True Happiness

Happiness is not a matter of circumstances-being full of the Word of God is a protection for your feelings, keeps/gives you calm in the midst of life’s turmoil-fix your mind upon the Word/Jesus, be full of the Word of God, focus on Him, fix your love on Him, pray specifically. God can/will make you able to cope in the midst of life’s circumstances. God is in control…will give you strength/grace you need.

Happy is he who has the God of Jacob for his help, Whose hope is in the LORD his God-Psalm 146:5

He who heeds the word wisely will find good, And whoever trusts in the Lord, happy is he.-Proverbs 16:20

Happy is the man who finds wisdom, And the man who gains understanding- Proverbs 3:13

Status Week Nine 2010

Thought of you with love today, but that is nothing new.I thought about you yesterday, and days before that too.I think of you in silence, I often speak your name.All I have are memories and pictures in their frames.Your memory is a keepsake, with which I'll never part.God has you in His keeping, I have you in my heart...!I love and miss you EVERY day, Dad!

Let the little children come to Me, for of such are The Kingdom of Heaven.-Jesus

God demonstrated His love for us...Christ died for us. Thank YOU.

There is nothing more amazing than the self-giving, sacrificial love that compelled Christ to go to the Cross. Thank You, Jesus, for Your love.

Happy Birthday Pop...i love and miss you but know that you are celebrating with your Heavenly Father...not just the day you were born but the day you were born into His eternal family. I'm sure you are smiling and enjoying yourself right now.

Today, I am remembering. Remembering with a thankful heart. Thankful for my Heavenly Father Who loves me unconditionally. Thankful for my father, my Pop, who is now in heaven but whose love and life is still with me, so much a part of who I am. Thankful that you are both with me always and will be forever. Looking forward to the day I see you both. Happy birthday Pop, I miss you and love you.
