In addition
to being the moment the Savior came into the world, Christmas marks the
beginning of the legacy of eternity's greatest King. Jesus will continue to
reign long after the kings and kingdoms of this world pass away, and we will
get to live under the covering of His perfect love forever. Thank You for
coming to earth and beginning Your journey to the throne among us. I’m so
grateful You care for me deeply and will always advocate for me as my King.
Scripture Psalms 125:1-2 Those who trust in the Lord are
like Mount Zion, which cannot be moved but abides
forever. As the mountains surround Jerusalem, so the Lord
surrounds His people from this time forth and forever.
Observation Those who trust in the Lord are on
solid ground which cannot be moved.
Application My faith and trust is in the Lord,
my solid rock and surrounding mountain.
Prayer Thank You Lord for being my solid
ground and surrounding mountain.
Scripture
Luke 1:37 For
with God nothing will be impossible.
Observation Gabriel brings Good News, miraculous
news, miraculous conceptions, and births. An old couple and a virgin would
bring forth sons who would forever change the world.
Application Our God is the God of the miraculous.
Prayer Thank You Father God for reminding today
that You are The All Powerful, miracle working God Who forever lives and abides
in me and with me.
Scripture Revelation 21:4 God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.
Observation/ Application One forever day there will be no more death, sorrow, crying or pain.
Prayer Father God thank You for a forever heavenly home free from sorrow, tears, pain where I will live forever with You. Thank You, Jesus for Your sacrifice to make this all possible.

is God, our God forever and ever; He will be our guide even to death. Isaiah 58:11
Observation God is my forever guide.
Application I would seek God’s guidance each
day, every day, for all my days.
Prayer Father God, thank You for always
being available to me, I would daily seek Your wisdom, guidance, and direction.

Ezekiel 1:28 28 Like
the appearance of a rainbow in a cloud on a rainy day, so was the
appearance of the brightness all around it. This was the appearance of the
likeness of the glory of the Lord. So, when I saw it, I fell on my face, and I heard a voice
of One speaking. Ezekiel 3:27 But when I speak with you, I will open
your mouth, and you shall say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord God.’ He
who hears, let him hear; and he who refuses, let him refuse; for they are a
rebellious house.
Revelation
2:7, 11, 17, 29 “He
who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.”
Observation From the Prophet Ezekiel to the
Apostle John a vision from/of God and the voice of/message from God.
Application The message of God has been the same
through the centuries; yesterday, today, and forever. He who has ears let him
hear.
Prayer Thank You, Father, for gifting me
Your Word. I would not only have ears to hear, but a heart to believe, receive and
not just be a hearer but a doer of Your Word.
This day and every day having a tender and obedient heart. Yielded and still,
seeking Your will, speak to my heart today.

Observation/Application There is only One Lord, God,
Rock, Redeemer, and Savior and to Him every knee will bow,
and every tongue take an oath.
Prayer Thank You Jesus, my Lord,
my God, my Rock, my Redeemer, my Savior, my Creator, for loving me, for saving
me, for letting me know and worship You. I look forward to the
day when my knees will bow and my tongue will confess and forever
worship You my Lord, God, and Savior.
Scripture Jude 1:25 To God our Savior, Who alone is wise, Be glory and majesty, Dominion, and power, Both now and forever. Amen.
Observation God our Savior alone is wise and
worthy of glory, majesty, dominion, and power forever.
Application I would glorify God my Savior now
and forever.
Prayer May my life glorify and honor You my
Savior and God.

Psalms
9:7a-The LORD shall endure forever.
Observation From the times of David and Goliath
to Toddler Jesus and King Herod there’s been spiritual warfare
manifested in a physical/flesh and blood battle. The battle is the Lord’s,
and He shall endure forever.
Application No matter what I may come up
against, my God is greater, my God is stronger, He is higher than any other,
and His purposes are eternal, and He is and will be victorious.
Prayer Father, no matter what comes my way,
or how rough the struggle may get, I would keep my eyes on You and know/trust that
ultimately Your plan/purposes will prevail and victory is guaranteed.
Scripture Galatians
4:4-7 But when the fullness of the time had
come, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the
law, to redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive
the adoption as sons. And because you are sons,
God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts,
crying out, Abba, Father!” Therefore, you are no longer a slave but a
son, and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ. Romans 5:8, Romans 8:11, 15-18
Observation
At just the right
time God sent Jesus to redeem us so that we might be adopted into God’s family,
that His Spirit might abide in our hearts, that we may be God’s children and
heirs.
Application
I am God’s
child/heir, redeemed by Jesus, adopted into His family, and His Spirit lives in
my heart.
Prayer Thank You, Jesus, for coming for me,

Thank You
Jesus for so loving me. I want to love You more and share Your love. I’m pretty

Observation One glorious forever day I will see my Savior Jesus face to face.
Application Every day I would seek to know my Jesus better until I see Him face to face in all His glory.
Prayer Thank You, Jesus, for making a way, paying the price so that I may spend eternity with You.
Scripture
Mark 3:34-35 He
looked around in a circle at those who sat about Him, and said, “Here are My
mother and My brothers! For whoever does the will of God is My
brother and My sister and mother.”
Observation Jesus came to open the door so that
anyone could be part of His eternal/forever family.
Application Being a DOER of God’s Word, not just
a knower/hearer, makes/shows us to be a member of God’s eternal/forever family.
Prayer Father, I would that my life, my
actions, would show forth that I’m a member of Your eternal family. I want to
be not just a hearer but a doer of Your Word.
Scripture Psalm 23:6 Surely goodness
and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I will dwell
in the house of the Lord forever.
Observation Because of God’s goodness and
mercy I have forgiveness
and a forever home with Him.
Application You are always with me, now
and forever.
Prayer Father, thank You for Your love,
goodness, mercy, grace, and a forever home with You.
Scripture I will walk among you and be your God, and you shall be My
people. Leviticus 26:12, 2 Corinthians 6:16- what agreement has the temple of God
with idols? For you are the temple of the living God. As God has
said: “I will dwell in them and walk among them. I will be their
God, and they shall be My people.”
Observation God is my constant companion.
Application My body is God’s temple. He is ever present with me.
Prayer Father, thank You for sending Your Son Jesus to pay the
price so that I could become a part of Your forever family.
