God hath not promised skies always blue,

Flower strewn pathways all our lives through.

Unbroken

 Though one may be overpowered by another, two can withstand him. And a threefold cord is not quickly broken. - Ecclesiastes 4:1-Susie shared a message she heard from this text/passage with me early in our renewed relationship., almost 14 years ago, and though the enemy tugs hard on that rope/cord, I’ll claim this truth, God's Truth, and the strength that is promised. -For all you married couples out there, may these words from God's Word encourage you today.-MR

Promise Keeper

 

Scripture Joshua 23:5-6-The Lord your God will expel them from before you and drive them out of your sight. So, you shall possess their land, as the Lord your God promised you. Therefore, be very courageous to keep and to do all that is written in the Book of the Law of Moses, lest you turn aside from it to the right hand or to the left.

Observation God is a Promise Keeper.

Application I will trust the Lord to keep His Word.

Prayer Father, I will trust You to be a promise keeper.

Week Fifteen Status 2011

Lord, I'm thankful that everything I could ever want or need is found in You.

God's promises are as certain as His character, and the potential for our prayers that claim His promises is as unlimited as His power.

Grace, by definition, means that God will not share His glory with anyone. His grace alone is sufficient to both save and sustain us forever.
